We offer a variety of low cost classes for ladies that are child friendly so ladies have an opportunity to get fit and have fun. All classes are run by trained professional instructors. Our girls soccer program is run at the Logan Metro Football Club in Woodridge, this allows girls who are interested to transition to play soccer as part of a professional team to transition to join their girls team.
